1. Where We Ship

🚚 We ship to all locations within the United Kingdom.
🚫 We do not ship internationally or to PO Boxes.
🚫 We do not offer in-store pickup.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options:

📦 Standard Delivery (2-4 Business Days)

  • Orders over £99 → FREE
  • Orders 0kg–1kg → £3.16
  • Orders 1kg–2kg → £4.60
  • Orders 2kg–5kg → £6.26
  • Orders 5kg–10kg → £6.26

⚡ Express Delivery (1-3 Business Days)

  • Orders 0kg–1kg → £3.16
  • Orders 1kg–2kg → £4.60
  • Orders 2kg–5kg → £6.26
  • Orders 5kg–10kg → £6.26
  • Orders 10kg–15kg → £9.94
  • Orders 15kg–40kg → £15.00

Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.

🚚 Tracking Information – Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

3. Order Processing Time

📦 Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (UK Time) on weekdays will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delays & Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors may cause delays:

🔸 Courier Delays: Weather, strikes, or seasonal demand may affect delivery times.
🔸 Incorrect Address: If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, the order may be delayed or returned.
🔸 High-Volume Periods: Peak seasons (e.g., Christmas) may cause slight delays.

5. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

📌 If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the order, the following applies:

✔ Customers can request reshipment (additional shipping charges apply).
✔ If the customer prefers a refund, only the product cost will be refunded (shipping fees are non-refundable).

6. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

🚨 If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please report it within 48 hours of delivery:
