Ordering from Hungry Tails UK is easy:

Q6: How long does delivery take?

📦 Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

⏳ Processing time: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

Q7: How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.

3. Returns & Refunds

✔ Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
✔ Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
✔ Perishable items (pet food, treats, supplements) cannot be returned.

Q9: How do I return an item?

1️⃣ Email sales@hungrytails.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
2️⃣ We will review your request and provide a return shipping address.
3️⃣ Securely pack the item and send it back via a tracked courier service.
4️⃣ Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
